Actually, I don't laugh loudly, but I know that humor is a good thing. St. Benedict talks about how we should not give ourselves over to boisterous laughter, but I think it was something else he was warning against. I have heard laughter that derides and degrades without the use of words that seems harmful. But laughter that is innocent and full of joy feels wonderful to me and I don't see how this kind of laughter can do anything but create an environment for healing to occur I love this interview and I am a hearty laugher.
