We realize that Easter hasn’t quite arrived yet but we wanted to take a moment before the Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday crunch to thank you, ask you a question and congratulate our winners.

First, we thank you for making the FastPrayGive Lenten calendar the most successful feature BustedHalo.com has ever done! Your response has been overwhelming, to say the least. We’ve had tens of thousands of visits to our calendar during Lent, and the number of entries in our Lent Incentive drawing is well into the thousands as well. (Look below to see who won our Grand Prize.)

On BustedHalo’s end, we need to take a moment to thank all the people who helped pull this off. The FastPrayGive calendar was truly a team effort. Jarrad Venegas did a great job handling everything from day to day coordination of images, content and correspondence to getting M&M’s with our logos on them. Mike Hayes gathered tons of great quotes and factoids. Phil Fox Rose kept us up and running by managing the numerous technical and production issues that a project like this entails (trust us, it’s no small feat!) Our interns, Mirlande Jeanlouis and Elias Demopolous, helped out tremendously by picking up the slack whenever we needed them to.

Ok, so here’s our question: after 49 days of solid obedience and unwavering virtue (wink, wink), we want to know what you’re going to do with the money you put in your bowls while following the FastPrayGive calendar. You’ve been great about showing us your ashes and generally staying in touch and letting us know how you’re doing. Now we’d like you to share your stories with us. Tell us what you decide to do with the money you put aside in your bowl and what this Lenten season meant to you. There is no special incentive for this because, let’s face it, after 49 days, there is nothing we could offer that can beat a generous helping of steak, chocolate, Facebook, etc… So just do it because it’s just nice to share sometimes!
