Okay…. This doesn’t sound too challenging as I’m a pretty passive person. However, I DO tend to hang onto anger (even after the fact) so I’ll work on letting go.
Anger is an issue for me – I have delayed anger – thank you for this Lenten thought…I really needed it today at work. Work is over but I am going to leave the calendar up so I can take a quick peek in the morning.
