Fasting from things like this is often MUCH more difficult than fasting from food! We’re usually more conscious of what we eat than the attitude we project.
I decided to fast from negative thoughts throughout Lent. It’s been a difficult, but a very rewarding, experience.
It’s like the creators of this calendar know what I don’t feel like doing each day. I am in a pretty cranky mood today, so this should be a challenge indeed!
